節約ごはんや手作り調味料、季節を感じるお弁当づくり、そして、日々の中で見つけたちょっとした工夫や楽しみごと──
このブログでは、そんな「日々の暮らしのメモ」を、自分なりに記録していこうと思っています。
最近は、塩麹や醤油麹などの発酵調味料を使ったレシピや、お手頃な食材で作るがっつり系のお弁当、そして、小さな畑での家庭菜園のことなども書いています。
少しずつ育てている野菜たちのこと、収穫したもので作る料理のことも、ゆるやかに綴っていく予定です。
特別じゃなくても、毎日がちょっと楽しくなるような、そんなブログを目指しています。
